The scene starts with the dog leaving its basket full of hats unattended with a cat running towards basket and exit.

The first level will take place on the street

The dog is a victim but he is the main enemy of the game.

Police may intercept the character with weapons like batons or police cars. Jail will make the game restart if caught by police.

The Cat wants to own many hats to change its identity as much as possible until it finds it's one true identity. Avoiding the enemies is priority to achieving it's goal.
