- When odysseus gets struck by poseidon he gets sucked into the ocean. Then he meets goddness ino. She gives him a scarf that has powers in it. "Here take my veil and wind it aorund your wasity, it will protext you, when you reach the shore, toss it back iton the sea." (Homer 34) - this is in the comic book.

- Odysseus visits far as well as travel a lot during this book. Odysseus gets stuck on Ogygia for 7 years. He was also in the ocean for many years beucase poseidon cursed him making sure when we travels it takes forever. " He muct sail for 20 days before landing on the island ......" (Homer 1110)
- After Odysseus attacked the cyclops this shows that Odyssues is a ummatched warroir becuase he hurt a monster becuase of his plans. Also the way he hurt the monster is a genius way as well. "Nohbdy, Nohbdy's tricked me, Nohbdy's ruined me" (Homer 1119)
