- The top manager calls all the other managers to have a meeting, the manager gathered together in the meeting room.
- Scene 4(Lack of equal opportunities)
- Manager ask for the other manager opinions to increase the revenue of the company.Everyone starts giving ideas at once and the top manager could not keep up because he could not absorb the ideas.
- Scene 5(Poor work environment)
- the lower-level managers opinions were ignored because the top managers wanted to choose the middle level manager opinions making the low-level manager frustrated and feel unfair because he is treated harshly and not professionally.
- Scene 6(Conclusion)
- The top managers listen closely to what the middle- level management says but never pay attention properly to the low-level manager.This causes potentially good ideas to not being able to be delivered.
- Due to the bad lighting and bad air conditioning the managers could not give ideas properly and take a longer time to give ideas because of the poor working environment.
- The causes of conflict are poor communication, unfair treatments, lack of equal opportunities and poor work environment. Making everyone baffled and not being able to solve properly.
