- A protagonist is the main character who is central to the plot. I chose Cassie as my protagonist because she in the main character and is mentioned a lot throughout the story.

- An antagonist is the character or force of nature that is apposing the protagonist. I chose Mr. Wallace as my antagonist because he is the person who is apposing Cassie and her family.
- A round character is a complex character/well described. I chose Stacey because he is mentioned in every chapter. He is one on the main characters.

- A static character is a character who doesn't show change from the start of the story to the end. I chose Little Man because he doesn't get mentioned much and didn't show much change.

- A dynamic character is a character who shows a change from the beginning of the story to the end. I chose T.J. because he changed a lot. at the first part he was kind of a bully and at the end he kind of came to reality.
