- Theo and his dad were playing a round of golf ant a different course this time. They usually play at an unmissable course. But today they played at the course next to the house where Mr. Duffy murdered his wife at. They were trying to spot the place where Jolios's cousin saw the murder. They thought they had a good view of the house from where they were it was a good hiding place, that is were the cousin saw it.
- Theo's family took Jolio's family to a ball game. Theo and Jolio were talking to each other about how Bobby his cousin needs to tell the police what he saw. Jolio made an agreement with Theo that he was going to tell Bobby to tell the police. The trial was going to be over in a few days so the were going to have to do it fast.
- Theo was watching a movie in the living room. His phone rang and it was from the shelter. It was from the shelter, Jolio was on the phone! He was calling because he talked to bobby but he was still scared. The police came to his house but Jolio was hiding so they didn't find him. Then they all met at the park and had an over night at Theo's to talk about stuff.
