Aimi was walking to school on a quiet, chilly morning, its often cold in the Miyagi prefecture in March. She was wondering who she is going to get stuck siting next to. Silently hoping she wouldn't end up next to Benjamin. Ben was a new foreign exchange student everybody loved except for Aimi.
Climax
What is your problem!?
Aimi walked into class, greeting her teacher with a bow and waving to her friends in her class. She looked at the seating chart and to her surprise, she was put next to Ben for the rest of the semester. She asked the teacher if she could move seats but the teacher showed no mercy.
Falling Action
Ben greeted Aimi as she walked over, she rolled her eyes and sat down, still upset with the seating chart. Class went on with Ben annoying her, and after school she went to her leadership meeting only to find out Ben signed up as well. Aimi had a plan to just ignore him until he decided to run for Leadership president.
Resolution
The leadership teacher went to get paper from another room, Aimi took this as an opportunity to talk to Ben and tell him the Leadership president spot was already hers. He retaliated, causing an argument. Then everybody in the room felt sudden shaking, a few people thought it would pass while others thought it would start getting worse. And it did.
MY problem?Whats your problem!?
By the time Aimi had realized that an earthquake was happening the shaking got even worse and she could hear the screams of her fellow classmates. She could't move. Her body was stuck, lost in fear and the dwelling feeling of not knowing what to do. But Ben decided to take matters into his own hands and grabbed her, huddling her under a desk.
The initial earthquake lasted what felt like hours, but was only five minutes. After the shaking finally slowed to a stop Ben got out from under the desk and looked around, still shocked from what just happened. Aimi followed behind him as he looked for their other classmates in the dark powerless room. She tugged on his shirt causing him to turn around, she thanked him and apologized for judging him before she got to truly meet him.
