- Hey kids! Santa Claus here! I have been time traveling for a few years now and have learned a lot about our country's history! Want to hear?
- The U.S. Constitution is very important for us since it lets us know how we can be good citizens of our country and respect our rights and other's as well!

- The first Amendment of the Constitution tells us that the government can't force anyone into a religion, that everyone has the freedom to say their opinions, to assemble peacefully, and the right to complain to our government!

- Officer, you cannot search my house without a warrant! You would be violating the 4th Amendment of the Constitution and my rights!
- The 4th Amendment says that we all have the right to be and feel safe in our homes at all times, and that any unreasonable search without a warrant is a violation of our rights

- I'm here at the Supreme Court building to tell you guys two more of our rights!
- This is John. John was accused of committing a crime. He has the right to a speedy and public trial in court and the right to answer when he has a lawyer. These rights are the fifth and sixth Amendments of our Constitution!
