- Overcome Communication Barriers
- John is a deaf-aphonic person. On an occasion, John went to a present shop to buy a gift for his friend but he doesn't know how to speak and he only can communicate with sign-language.
- John's friend is a soccer player, so he decides to purchase a present that related to soccer and he can find soccer balls in the store. So he needs to ask the staff about it
- John looks for help, but due to the reason he can't speak the worker couldn t even look at John. But the worker is arranging the shop and did not see John.
- Next, the worker gives attention to John who is doing his best to use sign language to tell him that he wants the ball But the worker doesn't know what John is stating
- While the worker found difficulties to understand what John wanted to say, the worker gave a piece of sheet and a pencil and told John to break down what he wanted and John also found it easy to claim his want
- At last, John was eased for he got the gift that he wanted for his brother and they surpassed their communication barrier.
