- Yes.So I want to complain because my room is too noisy. The people in the next room have loud parties every night and I have not been able to sleep very well. Also, the hotel bed is very uncomfortable.
- I’m so sorry this has happened. Let me see if I find a way to fix things I know this is less than ideal. But I’m going to have to talk to my manager and see what we can come up with to resolve your issue. Is it ok if I call you back once we have a resolution? I promise it won’t take longer than 24 hours. I will call the staff to assist you and to change the bed once I call you.

- Thank you sir, it's fun to stay here but the people next to me are really noisy and the bed isn't comfortable anyway that's my only concern, hopefully when I insist again it won't be like this.
