Storyboard Text

  • Romeo and Juliet meet at each other for the first time at the masked ball and fall in love with each other at first site!
  • "My lips, two blushing pilgrims,ready stand To smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss."
  • "His name is Romeo, and a Montague,The only son of your great enemy."
  • "I never saw true beauty till this night."
  • Good pilgrim, you do wrong your hand too much,

  • Juliet wants romeo to change his name (Montague) and Juliet will no longer be a Capulet . Romeo obeys Juliet.
  • "O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo? Deny thy father and refuse thy name; Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love, And I'll no longer be a Capulet."
  • I take thee at thy word.Call me but love, and I'll be new baptized; Henceforth I never will be Romeo.
  • Romeo and Juliet get married organized by Friar Lawrence
  • Romeo shall thank thee, daughter, for us both.

  • [Juliet kisses Romeo and the friar on the cheek as was the custom upon meeting someone. The men would be expected to kiss her in return as "thanks"]
  • Tybalt (Juliet's cousin) comes to see Romeo and wants to fight Romeo but Mercutio steps in and sacrifices himself for Romeo. Mercutio dies and a rage that drives Romeo to kill Tybalt and instantly regrets it.

  • After Tyblat and Mercutio's death. The prince banishes Romeo and Romeo starts grieving and would rather die than be banished from Juliet and his home town Verona.

  • Juliet fakes her death and Romeo was supposed to recieve Friar's plan however did not recieve the letter and Romeo kills himself. Juliet just wakes up and sees Romeo dead so Juliet takes Romeo's Dagger and kills herself.
