- I had just arrived and set up my tent, when suddenly I heard a large bang! When I turned around I had realized that my tent had been hit with lightning, which is a form of electrical energy.
- The next day I invited some friends over to where I set up my tent and started a fire. One of my friends had an unlit match which is an example of chemical energy.
- While me and my friends were huddled around the fire, one of them pulled out a microphone and started singing which is an example of sound energy.

- Me and my friends had just fallen asleep in our new tent when we heard a terrifying growl. I peeked my head out of the tent and realized that it was a coyote who had heat which is an example of thermal energy.
- After seeing the terrifying sight, me and my friends ran towards our car which is an example of mechanical energy. It has kinetic energy because it is moving and potential energy because it has stored energy that can be released.
- Even though me and my friends had went on a pretty interesting adventure on this camping trip, we all had a lot of fun and agreed to never do it again.
