What is physical wellness and how does it affect me?Physical wellness is extremely important. It is finding the balance between physical activity, proper nutrition, and mental well-being. Physical wellness is so important to keep our bodies functioningcorrectly. To help find a good balance you should work on balancing activity between flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, andCardiovascular Endurance.

What is a SMART goal?A smart goal is a goal that isSpecific,Measurable,Achievable,Relevant andTime-bound. A specific goal is a goal that is clear and easy to understand. You must think of all things that contribute and make a goal that is specific. A goal that is measurablethat is a goal that has a numerical value so you can track it. A goal that is achievable is realistic with your time and your numerical value. A goal that is relevant is a goal that is important to you at the moment. A goal that is time-bound is a goal that has a time limit. So you can say I want to achievethis in 3 months or however long you want. To make a SMART and better goal use these as a guidelinewhen making it. If you make your goal ask yourself does this fit in a SMART goal? Then change and go to fit in these guidelines.
