What is physical wellness and how does it affect me? Physical wellness is extremely important. It is finding the balance between physical activity, proper nutrition, and mental well-being. Physical wellness is so important to keep our bodies functioning correctly. To help find a good balance you should work on balancing activity between flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and Cardiovascular Endurance. What is a SMART goal? A smart goal is a goal that is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound. A specific goal is a goal that is clear and easy to understand. You must think of all things that contribute and make a goal that is specific. A goal that is measurable that is a goal that has a numerical value so you can track it. A goal that is achievable is realistic with your time and your numerical value. A goal that is relevant is a goal that is important to you at the moment. A goal that is time-bound is a goal that has a time limit. So you can say I want to achieve this in 3 months or however long you want. To make a SMART and better goal use these as a guideline when making it. If you make your goal ask yourself does this fit in a SMART goal? Then change and go to fit in these guidelines.
