- Hey, you guys wanna come over and play MarioKart on the my new cool XBOX?
- You are going to regret this.
- Yesss! Josh and I were just saying how we are going to crush you on MarioKart.
- I am so sorry Emma. Everything is going to be okay.
- I can’t open my box because I am missing some fingers on my right hand so I know I wont be able to play.
- Yeah, we can just play tag or something.
- The boys told me that you were sad Emma. What’s going on daughter?
- I just wish I had all my fingers like my friends so I can play the game too. Now I have this stupid game and I can’t even play it.
- I have an idea. How about we write Microsoft about how they should make their controllers more accessible?
- Nonsense, I think that would be great, Ms. Smith.
- They aren’t going to care mom. That’s just a waste.
- Exactly, let’s do it.
- We should start off by stating the difficulty you had with the packaging and go from there. I’ll type everything out and send it over.

- A young lady named Emma Smith sent over an email stating that she had issues with our pack aging due to an arm disability.
- Prior to our last team meeting, I did have the team design packaging and a new accessible controller.

- They said they were sorry for the inconvenience and asked how to improve on it. My mom said they will be sending me out a more accessible controller. 
- It’s been a week now. Maybe they sent out your package and it’s at home waiting for you.
- Your Xbox package is here. I think you would be very pleased with it. I put it in the game room.
- OMG! I want to see if they listened to my issues. I’m going to go open it. 
- Wow, they listened. Only one loop to open the box and the controller itself has bigger flat circles vs the small little nubs. 
- I have to tell my friends to come over and play now. 
- They took the time out to better understand how to help me. I am so happy. You guys ready to play?
