- Term means: A comparison of two different things that are similar in some wayThis is an example of an analogy because it is comparing a kid to LeBron James, because they are booth good at basketball

- Term: a phrase where words together have a meaning that is different from the dictionary definitions of these words.This is an example of an idiom because its raining cats and dogs doesnt litteraly mean that, it just means its raining.

- Term: An indirect and usually breif refrence to a fmous person, place, or event.This is an example of an allusion because it is a refrence to superman, as kyrptonite being his weakness, and this mans.

- Term: The use of of clues or hints to suggest events that will occur later in the plot.This is an example of foreshadowing because the man is thinking something bad will happen, hinting that something bad will probably come.
