- Charles' life is going great. He is a really successful, hardworking man who works for Henry Ford. His job is working in assembly lines and creating cars at a fast pace. He is living in a nice home in the city with his significant other, Claire.

- Man, this is really going well don't you think Jerrold?

- Yah! the problem is that we've been making a lot of cars and not enough people buying them as much as they used too.
- Yah, I guess you're right. These cars practically last you a life time. It seems like everyone in America has one.
- STOP
- Ummm, sure Boss. Is there something wrong?
- Charles, may I speak to you in private?
- Something like that...
- Unfortunately, people haven't been purchasing as many cars. Therefore, there has been a low income. I am not able to pay you as well as I did before. I'm going to have to lay you off.
- Oh.. wow.. I understand. That is really unfortunate.
- Im very sorry.
- A few months later, it all caught up to him. Him and his wife were unable to afford their home. It all went downhill from there. It was difficult to find food and a place to live. All prices were increasing.
- It's going to be okay honey.
