- Romeo and Juliet are flirting/confessing their love for eachother at the capulet's house.

- In this scene Romeo is asking Friar Lawrence to marry him and Juliet and friar lawrence is confused on what changed in Romeo since he has been in love with Rosaline but in the end he agrees to marry themHe also foreshadows in this scene

- In this scene Mercutio and Benvolio are mocking the nurse calling her a whore and a brothel keeper to mock her and romeo is defending her .
