- Nick went to visit Daisy who is his cousin and he met her husband Tom and her bestfriend Jordan. The conversation led to the enquiry of Gatsby.
- After Daisy enquired about Gatsby, she found out that he was someone she knew from her past. Nick got an invite from Gatsby to take Daisy along with him. She was excited when she saw the big mansion and the fancy cars.
- Gatsby was excited to welcome Nick and Daisy into his home.
- Gatsby tried to impress Daisy showing off his clothes and shoes
- Daisy and Gatsby have a chat by the poolside getting to know each other
