Chapter 3: Lilly's Story

- This is me Lilly. 10 years after my brother made me his maid. 5 years before this happened I slept in the bathroom and ate table scraps but, now I sleep in the closet and only eat once a week. I'd be lucky to even eat then. My brother, Mike even starves me if I don't do what he says.
- 10 years later..
- I don't get any new clothes. I sit on the floor and eat off the floor. I clean the entire house by myself. I started doing this since I was 5. When people come over my parents make me look nice. But, people hardly ever come over. I cook all the food and have to sit on the floor waiting for them to wake up once I'm done.
- I go to the store shopping with mom's credit card so, she knows what I buy. My dad knows what goes on but, doesn't care and my mom just thinks it's a fitting punishment. Well I don't! But I'm not allowed to make any of my own dicesions.
- Oh ok thanks. I'm coming let me put this in my basket first.
- If your looking for the best can goods they're over here.
- Will you be my girlfriend?
- Yes!
- At least I still have my old friend, Max from 6th grade. He cares about me enough to take me places. He even takes me to a party at school every night so, that I won't blow a fouse. I don't know why but, my heart thumps like crazy when I see him. Mabey its the same for him when he sees me.
- Max took me to a fancy restaurant. That's when he asked the big question. I didn't know what to say. My brain went blank. I managed to squeeze a word out though.
- My name is Lilly and this is my story and my pizza. Nobody can take it away.
