- The old mans eye is bother him, he comes up with the plan to kill him and get rid of the eye forever
- Uhh! I cant stand that thing staring at me! it gives me shivers, i must end it once and for all
- Now this is the point. You fancy me mad. Madmen know nothing. But you should have seen me. You should have seen how wisely I proceeded --with what caution --with what foresight --with what dissimulation I went to work
- He moved forward with his plan to kill the old man and get rid of his eye
- Every night, at midnight i would unlock his door. A ray of light fell on his eye ever so slightly, I was extremely caution and did this for the next 7 days.
- He followed through phase one of his plan, observing the eye
- On the eighth night he can not hold back the urge to destroy the eye once and for all
- Upon the eighth night I was more than usually cautious in opening the door. A watch's minute hand moves more quickly than did mine. It was time!
- The old man squeaks before his death so he hides the body so nobody can see him
- there, it will haunt me no more, lets hide the body under the bed so nobody will see
- The cops come to investigate because they heard some screams
