This scene uses foreshadowing from Lady Macbeth asking for her blood to stop so she could get her peace but then encouraged Macbeth to kill and stop other peoples blood and later on Lady Macbeth caused her own blood to stop after killing herself

This scene uses imagery to illustrate for us what Macbeth was imagining when he was having thoughts of killing Duncan so it caused Macbeth to think that it was a sign that he should go forward with it

This scene uses rhythmic devices to emphasize the death of Banquo to the Murderers because he thought that Banquo was suspecting him of killing Duncan
Shakespeare uses symbolism to show that Macduff was supposed to be murdered along with his family so now he is worried that he is next to be killed.
Lady Macbeth is using repetition to show that she is still traumatized and paranoid from what she convinced Macbeth to do and what it led to more and more of murders.
