- Customer is taken to payment link on online website and makes purchase via online credit card. They receive a payment confirmation email and order dispatch email by Royal Mail.

- 1. Order dispatched and delivered to customer within 3 days 2. Order comes in an envelope 3. Customer can then wear it out → for a meal with friends (or in their daily life)
- 1. If customer is not happy with the product or they do not fit the customer they can select the return option2. Click Return (Select return method)3. QR Code with details that the customer has to stick and reapply on the envelope 4. Drop the parcel off at nearest Royal Mail centre
