Hello, my name is Sirrah and I got kidnapped from my home town city, I got into this ship to travel to the main city where I would work. The trip was really harsh.
I got to the city and they took us to this field where there is a big house and a barn next to it. Us slaves live on the floor in the barn.
We worked 18 hours a day which was a lot we usually got very dehydrated and dizzy because we would work 18 hours under the sun. Pregnant women also had to work
When the night came it was good and bad at the same time because we would finally get a little bit of rest and the bad thing was that we didn't have beds so we had to sleep on the flor which was painful
After we woke up we had to work 18 hours again it was very harsh every day, but if we disobeyed we would get whipped or spanked which was the worst experience. They would even hit pregnant women.
After suffering for years they made the rule of having slaves is illegal which helped a lot because black people were in pain and we were suffering. Us black people are free now.
