There is something called the Bone Remodeling Process that your bone goes through once it begins to heal
Please explain!
Before explaining the bone remodeling process, let me tell you what osteoclasts and osteoblasts are.
Osteoclasts and Osteoblasts are the 2 main cells in the process. Osteoblasts makes bones, and Osteoclasts break bone
First, osteocytes signal for the remodeling to begin
The Osteoblasts release a chemical that creates the osteoclasts
The osteoclasts begin the eat the bone to break it down. The osteoclast is going too far with eating all the bone so the osteoblasts send a hormone to stop the osteoclasts
Once the osteoclasts is finished, they well blow themselves up,,
Lastly, the osteoblasts fill the holes with clacium and phospahte to create a new bone
But unfortunately, some of the osteoblast get buried under all the calcium and end up turning into osteocytes
I was surprised about it but it seems to work! Well now that you know all of this information, it should help you recover quickly
Wow that's so cool! It's funny that the osteoblast betray each other
