My friend's mom allows allow him to eat corn flakes for breakfast..
well why cant I have something sweet like a muffins or donuts for breakfast?
Well it seems like your friend's mom isnt well educated on nutrition or doesnt care about her child. But I do.
On a regular day you would usely find that you have a bowl of brown rice (1 cup), reheated stir fry vegetables (2 cups) and meat (1 cup). However last night we finished our dinner so you will have to ea a sandwhich.
Not only is it important to eat on a schedule, it is also very important to know what you're eatting. When I make you and your sister's meals I follow the food guide. This is because the food guide gives the recoomended portions and food servings to benefit and help your physical health.
A typical meal for breakfast would look like...(We eat left overs from dinner most of the time)
2/4 stir fried vegetable.
1/4 meat
(pretend this is brown rice)
(water)
that sounds great!
And on the weekends you, your sister, and I can make qucik and easy grab and go just incase you guys are late.
Oh well if your not hungry I guess I could try someting different like making you a healthy smoothy, but that means that you must get twice as uch as protein or carbs for lunch okay?
