- Executive Summary End Term 3, Seacliff Primary School: our hero begins her project of organising, deselecting and cataloguing the teaching resources. Her aim: to ensure every teacher can find the resource they need quickly and efficiently every time. How will our hero's passion for school libraries benefit the school.......
- In 2020 61% of teacher librarians surveyed said they would like to spend more time curating information and resources to support the school's learning and curriculum (Softlink, 2020).

- The effectiveness of a school library depends on the support they receive, Librarians need time to manage, facilitate and develop the libraries resources (ACT Education Directorate, 2019). I can help manage and organise the teaching resources to make the library more effective.
- Back in the library: Our hero begins her workWith 52% of teacher-librarians reporting that their libraries are understaffed (Softlink, 2021) it is no wonder no one has had time to organise the teaching resources in the last few years.
- So, if the library is more effective it can support teaching and learning strategiesoffer quality resources that support the curriculummaintain collections that meet the schools needsUse current technologies to provide easy access to resources and information(Libraries Tasmania, n.d.) All of that will then help me teach my students!
