- Ultimate Goal
- As many of us know, society has been designed to raise consumption.
- But this must change! It has caused so many problems in this world, and it's about time we fix them.
- But how do we solve these problems, and what should society's ultimate goal be?
- Society's goal should be to fix our consumption habits and the problems that are caused by them. We can do this by reversing the system.
- I have made a presentation to explain this which I will now show you.
- Extraction
- 1) We must give back more than what we take out. For example, if we use a tree for lumber, we must plant 2 new trees.
- Production
- 2) Items that aren't bought can be put back into production where their materials are reused for new products.
- Reverse the System
- Distribution
- 3) Things we buy but don't consume can be put back into distribution, just like how you saw me giving food to a homeless man.
- Consumption
- 4) Waste from our consumption can be reused to make new products so we never end up with garbage.
- Disposal
