Hi! So I have this dress which I bought at a store and when I put it through the wash it came out in pieces. I have been to the store to try and return it or get a refund, but they said that they can't do that. I also have the receipt. I was wondering whether you could help me get this returned or a refund?

So I have had a chat with the trader and sadly they are still saying that you can not return or get a refund for this dress. We are very sorry about this.
