- In 1769, Napoleon was born in Corsica, France.
- Our baby is fianlly here!
- Napoleon had a full scholarship to military school. Once he graduated he became a lieutenant in the French Army.
- Congradulations Napoleon!
- Napoleon overthrew the Directory and set up a new government. He was consul and 2 years later he crowned himself 'Emperor Napoleon l'
- Napoleon writes a Napoleonic code which made men over their families stronger and took the indivdual rights of women and children.
- Napoleon wanted to punish the Russians. His army went and entered Russia and the Russians retreated. As they retreated they burned down there own towns and cities to keep Napoleon's army away from any food or even any souces As the weather got colder and snowed during the Great Retreat.. thousands of men died from starvation or being frozed.
- Napoleon was not a great leader. Even though he had many war victories, he led a Great Retreat to attack the Russians and is army starve and froze to death. Napoleon also made his own set of laws or rights known as the Napoleonic code. This code made men gretaer and more powerful then woman. On top of that, he took womens rights and made it much worse. If he was a good leader, he would have considered everyone and not just them men and himself.
