I was adrift in an ocean of darkness, caught in a storm that seemed unending. Every day was a struggle, every night a battle. Until one day, I stumbled upon something that would change my life forever - the world of flow arts.

In the depth of my despair, I discovered fire. Not the destructive kind, but the transformative one - the fire of flow arts. The first time I picked up the (wielded) dragon staff, it was like a spark ignited within me. The rhythmic dance, the heat, the mesmerizing flame; it was a perfect metaphor for my journey - born from the ashes, I began to transform.

As I delved deeper into flow arts, I was introduced to the element of earth. I learned the art of manipulating the poi and the Earth itself. Through it, I found a sense of stability and balance, a grounding force in the midst of chaos. It was a physical reminder of the world beneath my feet, a symbol of the strength I carried within me.

Next, I encountered the wind through the art of staff spinning. It was as if the wind itself was guiding my movements, each swoop and swirl a gust carrying me to new heights.
