- Carl starts showing mild symptoms of Covid-19, and the family are now in isolation.
- Carl's salary has been temporarily reduced to SSP and Carol's business has now stop generating an income. Carol seeks help from her District Council - which directs her to NYCCs CRC number.
- Carol explains to the CRC advisor the family's current situation
- The CRC advisor accesses NY Connect, enters Carol's postcode and that she requires businesses and financial advice
- The CRC advisor advises Carol of all the information relating to business and financial advice from Ryedale DC, and submits a Lagan service request to Ryedale DC (via email) to call Carol back
- Right Carol, you may be entitled to a 12 month Business Rate holiday. I will pass your details on to their business rates team and you should get a call from them soon
- The CRC advisor advises Carol of all the information relating to financial assistance provided by CSOs and submits a service request to CSO via email to call Carol back
- As you are also struggling financially and are in isolation, you may be entitled to a Covid19 Support grant. I will pass your details on to the CSO and you should hear from them shortly too
