  • Hello everyone. Today we will learn about "Social Justice"
  • It means that everyone deserves equal and should be treated fairly. Social Justice is justice that distributes wealth, health, well-being, opportunities etc.. There are 4 principles of social justice:Human RightsAccessEquityParticipation
  • Human Rights itself explains it's meaning. Some of the basic rights that people have are: right to privacy, right to speech, right to vote, right to education etc. People have these rights on the government and on their selves.
  • Access, it means that you have basic facilities to live, like education, shelter, food, job/money and healthcare. For Social Justice, human rights there are organizations made and to stop wars also these organizations work. The one I know is The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights. First it started with 51 countries and now is 193 countries. It is often called the UN.
  • The UN's aim is to make sure that people do not suffer from hunger and homelessness. Equity, it means that everyone is treated equally and is taken care of.
  • Participation, the last but not the least. It means that we speak out our opinions, tell our concerns and that increases access. So somehow all these principles our connected. Thank you.
