- I´m going to talk about a book which is called "El Atlas Esmeralda". The author is a very famous writer and he´s called Jhon Stephens.
- This author has also written those other two books, which are the continuation ofthis book. The genre is fantasy. The story takes place in a magic kingdom and in the past. The kingdom has lots of imaginary creatures and animals. The charactersare divided into two groups: the good ones and the bad ones. In the group of good characters are Kate, who is very generous; Michael, that is clever and Emma, the youngest; that are brothers and their parents. In this group is also a wizard called Stanislaus Pym and the magical creatures. In the bad characters´ group are the Mayor of the kingdom, which is cruel and ugly and his army. My favourite character is Kate because she´s very kind and she´s always helping her brothers.
- Now, I´m going to talk about the plot. One day the parents ofKate, Michael and Emma disappeared. Since then the three kids have been in one orphanage after another. Now the children are in a fantasy world and have to defeat the Mayorwith the help of a wizard called Stanislaus Pym and the fantastic creatures that live in that world.
- The guys are there because the Mayor catches his parents who are two important wizards, friends of Pym who know where the Three Books of Beginning are. The Mayor wants those books because their magic is so strong that it can destroy everything and it´s what he wants to do. Will the children see their parents again after ten years in orphanages?
- In my opinion, this is one of my favourite books because I really like fantasy and action genres. I really recommend the book because it´s very interesting how three children survive in a dangerous and magic kingdom and it´s a thrilling book that you always want to continue reading.
