Good Morning Students, Welcome here on (BTS) Breathtaking Science Seminar
May I Present to you the 5 scientist the made a significant contribution on Electro magnetic Wave Theory.
He is a German Physicist who applied Maxwell's theories to the production and reception of radio waves. the unit of frequency of a radio waves is one cycle per second-named the hertz, in honor of Heinrich Hertz. He showed experimental evidence of electromagnetic waves and their link to light
Heinrich Hertz
He discovered accidentally in 1820 that magnetic needle is deflected when the current in a nearby wire varies - a phenomenon establishing a relationship between electricity and magnetism. He was the first one that showed that electricity and magnetism has a connection and where a current carrying wire behaves like a magnet.
Hans Christian Oersted
He found that when a electrical current passed through a coil, another very short current was generated in a nearby coil. Faraday's Law - the changing magnetic and electric fields are perpendicular to each other and to their direction of propagation. He formulated the principle behind Electromagnetic induction. even though he received little formal education, he was still one of the most influential scientist.
Michael Faraday
A Brilliant Physicist and Mathematician who developed a scientific theory to better explain electromagnetic waves. He contributed in developing equations that showed the relationship of electricity and magnetism which made him among the great scientist of history.
James Clerk Maxwell
He demonstrated the magnetic field based on the direction of current. He is devoted to his work and went to formulate Ampere's law of Electromagnetism and produced the best definition of electric current during his time. His last name is the unit for electric current on his honor.
Andre-Marie Ampere
That's all for today Students, I hope each of you learned something today. You may now go to your respective class. Thank You!!
