- I have an idea! You can use a long, in length, pencil case as a toiletries bag! You could put in some period undies, tampons and pads. This could fit in your school bag, right?
- You should tell Zara, she is your older sister, she'll understand

- Julie eventually got her period at the end of Term 2, in year 8, two weeks before her birthday. She had her 2 parents, her older sister and Sarah (who wasn't there at the time) beside her when she got it in the middle of the night at 3:15 am! She was well-prepared thanks to her best friend for was always looking out for her.
- So, Julie, how was it? With your sister?

- I am actually feeling good about myself. I'm prepared now, so when the time comes, i'll be waiting for my body.
- The only scare to me is probably when I see blood on my undies.
