- Hey guys!!! It's been years since last time we have catched up.
- Yeah!!! Last time we saw each other we were in a partnership together working in the food industry.
- I remember that. It was fun until where were each liable for debt and we couldn't provide it.
- WHat are you guys doing know? I have a vegan restaurant downtown . I am also the sole owner. Although it was really hard to get the money to start this business, but at the end the profits are all making up for it.
- We are all so similar. I own my own real estate agency and in fact this red house is one of them.
- Wow that's amazing I am also a sole owner for my company. It is actually a hispanic cuisine and working alone has helped me develop my own ideas and make changes when I want to do them.
- That' amazing. How are your companies doing?
- See this is it! I have actually been very good. My company gained but the taxes seemed to throw me off a lot. It was too much for me to handle but I also got a loan. Also since I was new to this industry I had to pay a lot to get my license and start up the company.
- Mine started really bad. I didn't have much money but I got loans and paid them back. I also know have made a lot of profit and was able to pay for my taxes and also fly out to the bahamas.
- Thats nice to hear that even when making money there are struggles behind it.
- Yes for sure. My company shut down because we sold a wrong house and that was on me. It was hard but I took responsibility for it and fixed it.
- Me too. I had to inspect my whole restaurant because I didn't check where I build my company. I had to go through so many transits alone.
- Yes I do enjoy the freedom of making my own choices and decided what I was the objective of my company to be.
- In some way we got something good out of becoming sole owners of our new companies.
- Yeah although it cost more money the profit I make is worth it and I also am more aware of the risks since I am the boss.
