- Macbeth pretends to have forgotten about the prophecy and everyone else. Banquo who was accompanying Duncan leaves him, which is when Macbeth the dagger appears infront of Macbeth and it that leads him to Duncan's room. Where, Macbeth, murder King Duncan.
- Most people will do whatever they need to do in order to reach their goal.Act 2, Scene , The dagger.
- Scene 4, Lady Macbeth's plan.
- Is this a dagger which I see before me?
- Macbeth has done the deed of killing the King, but his conscience is heavy and he's horrified with what he's done. He brought the knife back with him to the room where Lady Macbeth is waiting. She sees him return with the dagger, and tells him to take it back. Macbeth in his frantic conditions says he won't. So Lady Macbeth takes the dagger herself back to Duncan's room.
- I'll go no more. I am afraid to think what I have done
- Scene 5, Macduff's Announcement.
- Scene 2, The return of Macbeth.
- Why did you bring the dagger from the place? They must lie there. Go, carry them and smear the sleepy grooms with blood.
- My hands are of your color, but I shame to wear a heart so white.
- Lady Macbeth takes the dagger back to the King's chambers, and places in on one of the two sleeping chamberlains she drugged. She feels no remorse or guilt for what her and Macbeth have pulled off.
- Scene 3, Tying up lose ends.
- Bojack Horseman, Similar Theme.
- Lady Macbeth returns to find Macbeth still freaking out. She tells him to calm down, and go wash the blood off his hands. She orders him to change into his nightgown for they will be watchers when Duncan's death is revealed.
- Get on your nightgown, lest occasion call us to be watchers,
- To know my deed 'twere best not know myself.
- It is discovered that Duncan's sons both fled away to other countries which caused them to be suspected for the murder of their father. They thought the sons ordered the chamberlains to kill Duncan, but this was not the truth. Macbeth meets with Macduff where he announces to Macbeth he will become King.
- So... the sovereignty will fall upon you, Macbeth.
- Malcolm and Donalbain stol'n away and fled, which puts them upon the suspicion of the dead.
- Like in Macbeth the theme is similar to a modern-day tv show called Bojack Horseman. Throughout the show Bojack is faced with many obstacles. One of these being he falls for his friend who is engaged, and he makes it his goal to break them up. His ultimate goal, which is for Diane to feel the same mutual liking for him, has him doing everything he can to make sure their relationship ends.
