- Awesome sauce! I'll just return when the rain stops, I'm off to town! Don't have too much fun without me.
- Gatsby and Daisy
- Yes, it has, well technically 5 years next November. Did you ever receive my letters?
- Goodness gracious! it's been 5 years...
- Daisy and Gatsby catch up
- Nick realizes that gatsby is nervous about asking to invite Daisy over for tea. Nick tells Gatsby that he will help him with the plan. Overjoyed, Gatsby immediately offers to have someone cut Nick’s grass.
- The first interaction
- It rains on the day of the meeting, and Gatsby becomes terribly nervous. Gatsby worries that even if Daisy accepts his advances, things between them will not be the same as they before.
- Nick "leaves"

- The End
- At first, Gatsby’s reunion with Daisy is terribly awkward. Gatsby knocks Nick’s clock over and tells Nick sorrowfully that the meeting was a mistake.
- Nick leaves to give Gatsby and Daisy a chance to talk alone. While outside he realizes why Gatsby chose his house, Daisys was right across the water.
- After he leaves the two alone for half an hour, Nick returns to find them radiantly happy—Daisy shedding tears of joy and Gatsby glowing. Leading Gatsby to invite Daisy and Nick to go over to his house.
