Shall I hear more, or shall I speak at this?
O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo?
Deny thy father and refuse thy name. Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love, And I’ll no longer be a Capulet.
Henceforth I never will be Romeo..baptised Call me but love, and I’ll be new I take thee at thy word.
My ears have not yet drunk a hundred wordsOf that tongue’s uttering, yet I know the sound.Art thou not Romeo, and a Montague?
I have night’s cloak to hide me from their eyes,And but thou love me, let them find me here.My life were better ended by their hateThan death proroguèd, wanting of thy love.
I would not for the world they saw thee here.
Romeo sneaks into the orchard that has a view of Juliet's window. He hears Juliet talking about him, complaining how him being a Montague will keep them apart.
Romeo reveals his voice and responds to her plea. He says he can forsake his name if he can just have her love. Juliet is surprised as she thought she was alone.
Juliet realises its Romeo, and becomes nervous as if they find Romeo here, they will murder him. Romeo on the other hand, doesn't care and just wants her love
