- Today is a great day for a base ball game. The one and only babe Ruth is up to bat and i don't know about you but i thinks hes gonna hit a home run

- They figured out how to make a television produce images and people loved to watch it
- Why did this have to happen after everything was doing so well?
- Lendbergh decided he want to fly across the ocean to Paris by himself and everyone had gathered around to watch him take off and they were all wait anxiously to see if he made it to Paris or not and he did, so everyone was happy
- Talkies were basically movies with words in them and they were a big hit whenever they came out
- The stock market crashed and led to the great depression and this lasted for 11 years
