- This right is being violated in South Africa. The article says: “Femicide is one of the most atrocious acts that are principal causes of premature deaths of women and girls who experience gender-based violence in South Africa.” This shows that baby girls do not have the right to live.

The article say that in Russia, “ extrajudicial killings and attempted extrajudicial killings, including of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex persons in Chechnya by local government authorities.” This shows a violation of equality before the law because lgbtq people cannot get the same rights as everyone else.
