- Mr Brown told me about your grievance so therefore i am the one who will speak to your employer ,I am going to put pressure on Mr G and ensure that the problem has been sloved
- Your employees are complaining about the working condition and you are not willing to attend to the problem but instead you chase them aways when the try to talk to you
- What is wrong with the workplace?
- They say they are suffering from the gas smoke
- I told them that I will that gas smoke
- Union Representative arrives the workplace and holds a meeting with the employees
- You better do that before things get out of hand in your business
- I will make sure that i do it as soon as possible
- The Union representative is in a meeting the employer
- You should listen to your employees when they have some complaints becuase they might end up to CCMA or do a go-slow strike
- I will try to create a good healthy communication between me and them
- The employer now is admitting now that there is really a problem and tells the representative that he is going to fix it
- So we agree that you will listen to their grievance and also sort this gas thing
- Yes I will fix this as soon as possible
- The represenative is getting upset and tells the employer that he better sort out this problem
- The Representative tells Mr G about the dangers of not listening to the employees.
- They both come to one agreement.
