- I think we should nominate Joe Biden to be our candidate
- The first step that you have to go through to elect a president is through a caucus or primary election. In the scene above, it displays a caucus taking place which is where people of a political party come together to discuss and make decisions about who they should nominate as the candidate to represent their party in the general election.
- I think we should nominate Marianne Williamson
- I agree that we should nominate Biden
- In some states instead of having a caucus, they hold a primary election. In a primary election, you go to a polling place and go vote for who you want to represent you as president. In the scene above, 2 voters are deciding who they want to vote for to represent them in the presidency.
- I think im going to vote for Joe Biden to represent the democratic party on the presidential ballot
- I think im going to vote for Marianne Williamson to represent the democratic party in the presidential election
- The second step you have to go through to elect a president is through a party convention. In the scene above, a representative from the democratic party is announcing that they are choosing Joe Biden to represent them on the ballots for the citizens to vote for in the upcoming presidential election.
