- (1) Sir. Your vital signs are all good. All of these results will be given to your physician and will give you medications for your pain as soon as possible. but as of the moment you can do breathing exercises to relieve your pain.

- (4) None so far thank you very much, Ma'am Kristelle.

- (3) Before I leave I just need to remind you to not take coffee and just take small amounts of food if you want to eat. And there is a bell on the bedside. Make sure to notify me immediately if you feel that the pain is unbearable. I will be back in a while to let your physician know and get his orders. Anything else that you need sir? Or any question?
- (1) It’s an 8 when I'm not sitting and leaning forward but if not so it's 6. It is usually on the left side but sometimes it varies.
