  • Cyberbullying is one of the most common types of bullying around. Many of us around this age are addicted to our phones but aren't always aware about what we say or do online.
  • Lilly decided to have a break from social media and just talk to her friends face to face
  • One way that anyone can cope with getting cyberbullied is talking to an adult that you trust such as your parents or guardian, they can sort out the issue and make you feel better.

  • If your struggling with being cyberbullied and it's school related, you can speak to either a teacher or a principal. They will be able to address the issue and put an end to the bullying resulting in you feeling safer and happier.

  • One way that us young people can reduce our chances from being cyberbullied is deleting or having a rest from social media or messaging apps where you are at risk of being bullied and teased.
  • An alternative to reduce being cyberbullied, is by making your account private so only either you or your friend's that you give approval to can see, rather than the whole world seeing your posts or videos.
  • If you want to limit your chances of being cyberbullied then you can block and report the users that were harassing or being mean to you.
