- We ask a sample of people which medical care and insurance they have and a reasonable amount of people answer that they have a private insurance because the public one in México is so inefficient and they're rude or just not even empathic.

- During the course
- Here's an idea that could help to improve the public medical care
- I propose that the staff and doctors has to be trained by the government with a course on humanism, inclusion and empathy in order to solve some of the nonconformities that the general problem has.
- Everybody in the building would be benefit by this action but, of course the patients are the principal benefactors. With better persons as a doctors, could help to reduce the people that go to private medical care or has to look for another options.

- ¿How can you be so rude and cold with me?!
- I'm just doing my job, if you don't like it, then go somewhere else
- I don't like this.
- At the end of the course i expected you to be a better version of yourselves
