  • I rule this land! Everyone listens to me here!

  • Ignore the fact that I, a Cuban, am in an American tank near a European-style building.
  • Theocracy
  • In God we trust.
  • In an absolute monarchy, a king or queen holds all the power. Examples include the Tsars of Russia and the emperors of China.
  • Republic
  • We can't agree on anything!
  • A dictatorship is run by a leader that has military backing and rules by force. Notable examples include Cuba, North Korea, and Turkmenistan.
  • Direct Democracy
  • My vote matters!
  • Mine too!
  • Theocracies are governments that are founded on religions and their values. The most well known example is the Vatican City.
  • Aristocracy
  • I got money. That's all that matters when it comes to power.
  • In a republic, the people elect representatives to make decisions in their favor. The biggest example of is the United States.
  • That's something I can agree with.
  • In a direct democracy, all people vote on and make decisions. No country has one, but the one closest to being a direct democracy is Switzerland.
  • Government is not a concept to me because I am a mere child. No rules will ever bind me. I thrive in anarchy and chaos.
  • The upper-class made the decisions in the government. Aristocracies don't really exist anymore, but they were prevalent in France and Russia in the 18th century.
