developments to support the effectiveness of procedures, policies, and culture.

Here are some key best practices that I have seen over the years that would help engage the teachers and provide more support to align the professional developments to the work that admin and teachers are doing on a daily basis.

I was deeply concerned about the PD we had last week, and I just don't want to come across as rude and disrespectful in my feedback. As a veteran teacher, I know that professional developments need to align to the policies, procedures, and culture of the school. How can I provide feedback that admin can use to set expectations for presenters to help the development of this budding new school?

This group represents a mixture of the teachers I support and Cohort 7.
