Math vocabulary worksheets are an excellent way to begin a new unit by introducing students to new math terms and helping them master new words!
There are many ways that teachers and students can use math vocabulary worksheets. At the beginning of a new unit, teachers can assign students to look up and define new terms. Students can draw the terms, match the terms to the definition, or simply look up the terms and write them down. Previewing vocabulary helps students to remember the many math terms that they will learn throughout the year. Our math vocabulary templates can be customized to fit the needs of all ages and levels, and can include as much or as little writing as the teacher sees fit for the students or grade level.
